Who are Scanway?

Scanway is a company located in Vancouver, Canada. Our clogs are made in the south of Sweden, where the clog tradition goes hundreds of years back in time. Our supplier has been in business since 1981.

How are your clogs made, and how do I care for them?

Our clogs are made by hand, out of the finest quality wood and leather, ensuring the well-known beneficial features: natural rigidity, anti-allergic properties, relieving tiredness and thermal insulation. It is advisable to apply a water-protective cream or finish to one-colour natural leather clogs before initial wear. Unlined natural leather can sometimes give off its colour.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping is $20 within North America. Shipping is free when you order two or more items.

How are the clogs shipped?

We ship our products using Canada Post standard shipping. We will send out your package as soon as payment has been confirmed.

What types of payment do you accept?

All our prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may apply. Payments are made through PayPal, which supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Will my clogs look exactly like the ones pictured on the ScanwayClogs website?

The clogs for sale on our website resemble those in the photos, however, it may not be that exact pair. Our clogs are made by hand, using natural materials. We do not guarantee the wood against knots or small splits etc., as those ”faults” are natural, and generally have no effect on the life of the clogs. Small flaws and differences of shade of the natural leather have been deliberately included to give these clogs the look for which they are famous. It is advisable to apply a water-protective cream or finish to one-color natural leather clogs before initial wear. Unlined natural leather can sometimes give off its color.

Can I return my clogs if I'm not happy with them?

Customer Satisfaction is high priority at Scanway. Therefore we accept returns and exchanges on products purchased on our web site. Shoes must be returned in their original package, unworn, in the condition you received them, within 21 days of purchase. Before returning the product, please email us at customerservice@scanwayclogs.com. Remember to include your order number, both in your email and in your return shipment. Scanway will not accept any liability for items lost in the mail system.
